Goals

Go Wireless wanted to find an innovative way of reaching out to past and present clients, while cultivating new business. Both the offer and delivery channel were key as they had to reach and appeal to both new and existing customers.


Strategy

With a mobile call to action included in advertisements that were placed in and around the Kansas area, Go Wireless prompted users to text in a keyword to receive discounts and free accessories for both new and existing customers.


Results

The campaign generated over 1,500 direct responses and drove a high amount of new sales and renewals, as well as creating a significant mobile database for future re-marketing.
