• Point of Sale Integration: POS systems communicate with Ping's system in real-time to confirm validity of coupon codes, as with Ping's IBM Partnership


• Online: Retailer enters the coupon code into a Web page in order to receive coupon validity confirmation and discount details. This can be done either via the PingWizard Web interface, or through a retailer-controlled Web page.


• Mobile Application: Users click a 'Redeem' button in a mobile application in order to receive the final coupon code.


• SMS: Users or retailers send a code via SMS and receive a confirmation code in return.
